What are RealtyTags and who would I be purchasing from? RealtyTags are an inexpensive marketing tool adapted specifically for real estate professionals. They are marketed through a network of marketing partners and are sold exclusively by MediaWorks For Real Estate in Glens Falls, NY. MediaWorks For Real Estate has been working with agents since 1997, and on line since 1998, with positioning statements, lead generating and niche-building programs.

Why are RealtyTags considered unique?
Because of our exclusive Red House , an option, we can put at the beginning of each tag, identifying the address or message as being related to real estate. No one else can offer that same option. It's made of the exact same injection molded material as the rest of the tag, will last just as long and adds class and color to 
the tag.  And the best part ... the Red House is FREE.

What are they made of?
RealtyTags are made of the same materials the big three auto makers use... injection molded plastic, which is chrome foil plated and triple coated with lacquer to stand up to the elements and car washings.

How long will they last?
With normal care, each tag may last longer than the vehicle it's mounted to.

How do they attach?
With peel and stick neoprene automotive-type adhesive tape, or if you wish, for indoor use only, we will affix a magnetic strip at no extra charge.  However, we cannot guarantee how well the magnetic strip will adhere in your application.  From personal experience it won't survive an automatic car wash. The magnetic strips work best on the tags that are used indoors - ie, on filing cabinets, metal doors, your spouse's desk at their office, on the kitchen table during listing presentations, on the foyer table during open hoses, etc.

Why won't you guarantee magnetic backings for use on my vehicle?  Because most vehicles today just don't have very much steel in them and the magnetic backing has nothing to adhere firmly to.

I like to trade my vehicle every 3 to 4 years, how will I get my RealtyTag with the adhesive backing off my car so I don't damage the car but can use my tag on my next vehicle?
If your car's paint is in good condition to begin with, the adhesive will not cause damage.  Every car dealership has a body shop where they can use a heat gun to remove your tag for you, or, if you're the do-it-yourself type, your tags may be removed with the aid of a hair dryer to soften adhesive.  Soften a section at a time and gently pry up as each section becomes soft.  If carefully removed, your RealtyTag may be used again by applying a new adhesive backing available at most auto supply stores.

What is the size of the tags?
Lower case letters such as a,c,e,n,i are 1" high
Lower case letters such as l,b,t,d,f are 1.25" high
All upper case letters and numbers are 1.25" high
Letter widths vary.
The maximum length of a RealtyTags is 18".

What letters and characters do you have?
RealtyTags has a full range of upper and lower case letters, and numbers.
We also have a number of special characters.  e.g... ://.-@~%_&!#?( ),'/$£
We also have a number of non-english language characters.  e.g... ß ü ä Ü  Ä ö ø

How long can the tags be?
RealtyTags are made to the customer's text specifications up to a maximum of 22 letters/numbers.
(Punctuation marks such as : //  / , '  etc. are not counted.)  We only count actual letters or numbers.  If you need all upper case letters, please limit the number of letters to 19, not including punctuation.

I need an extra long tag, is there any way you can you do it?
Probably,  e-mail us the information.  We will do everything in our power to accommodate your wishes.   The cost of the tag will vary depending on the complexity of the task.

Are there discounts for volume?
Yes.  Prices vary depending on quantity ordered and text length.  Discount prices start at 50 units.  Please contact us directly for a quote.

Delivery?
RealtyTags delivery is free through out the United States with a minimum order of two tags of any text combinations.

Why a minimum order of 2 tags to get prepaid shipping?
It is not economical to package and ship a single tag with delivery included.  However, the two tag minimum can be of any text combination, for any number of your customers.

Is it really safe to buy on-line?
RealtyTags orders are placed through one of America's oldest and most trusted secure servers - AuthorizeNet

Are RealtyTags good value for my marketing dollar?
RealtyTags are one of the world's great marketing bargains.  Dollar for dollar there is no more effective, or cost effective form of marketing. RealtyTags retail for US $39.95 each.  We assume the average agent keeps their car for three years.  We calculated that the amortized cost of having a RealtyTag on a car over that three year period is about 3.6 cents per day.

If the vehicle is driven in daily rush hour traffic the tag may be seen hundreds, if not thousands of times, every day at a fraction of a penny per impression.  The cost declines dramatically if the owner keeps their car for longer than 3 years, or if the tag is reused on your next car.  With care, RealtyTags should easily last for 5 to 6 years in outdoor use.  Mine has. Properly cared for indoors, they'll practically last forever.
